1. 30-Day Archival Return Policy
AFTER HOURS accepts returns and exchange requests for any unworn, unwashed piece within 30 days of confirmed parcel delivery. All original packaging, dust bags, and garment tags must remain intact.
2. Size Exchanges
To initiate an exchange for an alternate size or colorway, please email concierge@afterhoursclothing.com with your order number and desired replacement size. Our concierge team will provide a pre-paid courier return label.
3. Inspection & Settlement
Once received at our studio, garments undergo physical verification. Approved returns are refunded directly to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
